Mint has more than one voice. Our garden collection brings together chocolate, blackcurrant, basil, orange and strawberry mint — each with its own aromatic character.

Meet the mint varieties

Chocolate mint: Cool peppermint with a gentle cocoa-like note.
Blackcurrant mint: Fresh mint with a naturally fruity, dark-berry-like aroma.
Basil mint: Mint freshness with a warmer, basil-like herbal note.
Orange mint: Bright, citrus-led mint with a soft, rounded freshness.
Strawberry mint: A lighter mint with a gently fruity, strawberry-like aroma.

These are names for mint varieties, not added ingredients.

Chamomile

A small flower with a familiar, gently apple-like aroma. We grow chamomile in our Latvian garden, pick the flower heads by hand and dry them in the shade.

A closer look at chamomile

The whole dried flower gives a soft, sweet-floral infusion. Keeping the heads intact makes it easy to see the yellow centres and pale petals before they open in hot water.

Fireweed

Its tall pink flowers are striking, but it is the leaf that gives this plant its place in the teacup. The same plant can become a light, meadow-scented infusion or a fuller, darker cup.

Simply dried

Green leaves, softly grassy and hay-like. A pale golden cup that stays close to the fresh leaf’s character.

Rolled & fermented

Known as Ivan Chai. Hand-rolled leaves develop a rounder, honey-like and gently fruity character, with a deeper amber colour.

Finely divided leaves and clusters of small pale flowers. The dried flowering tops bring a distinctly herbaceous aroma and a gently bitter edge — a different side of meadow tea from soft, floral chamomile.

Yellow flowers gathered with the upper stems and leaves. Their warm, meadow-like scent and distinctly herbal bitterness give this wild tea its own character.
