We are a small plant-focused project built around origin, sensory character and practical knowledge.

Why it began
Unusual plants were often presented either as anonymous commodities or surrounded by exaggerated promises. We wanted to create something quieter, clearer and more useful — a place where origin, flavour and preparation come first.

Closer to the source
Whenever possible, we learn directly from growers, suppliers and the food traditions surrounding each plant. The purpose is not to make the story exotic, but to preserve the context that is often lost between cultivation and the final package.
What we choose to document
We write about aroma, flavour, colour, preparation, storage and traditional food context. We avoid miracle language and medical promises. Curiosity is valuable enough on its own.
